Your scan results will be forwarded to your doctor, and you'll meet with them to discuss.
If appointment slots are booked out for any particular dates, you may consider adding yourself to a same day wait list and we will send you notification as soon as a cancellation slot becomes available (we are however unable to guarantee a timeslot)

Your referral form is important. We need your doctor's referral in advance of your appointment, in order to prepare for your scan.
